The property at Flat 6, Justine's place, London hadn't been painted or property maintained for over 15 years. Black mould was growing in the bathroom, and rooms had a 'musky' smell to them. Crap, cheap and nasty energy…

Large property, nice common area, but kind of falling apart. Prone to mould in many areas and leaks in ceilings.
