One bedroom flat, walls are wet covered by mould and damp, watering windows, basement smell, super cold in winters and an extremely hot in summers as the humidity level in the apartment above 85-90; swollen, damaged, old floors; the fridge isn’t working normally, leeks and needed to be defrosted regularly; bad ventilation in the bathroom
