Large terrace house partly converted to house the neighbouring restaurant. Smallest rear bedroom in extension has structural issues, water penetrates the north wall and roof space, air-bricks have been installed causing constant cold draft. House is not insulated and has a long-term issue with damp that the landlord periodically paints over. The wiring, utilities, kitchen are all in a poor state of repair.
Bathroom ventilation fan was not working, shower drain is easily blocked and I had to unblock it with a plunger several times.
