Property had no flooring when I moved in and all surfaces were sticky. Agent promised that it would be fixed within a week but it took around 2 months to get to a livable standard, and even then it was nowhere near good. Also, landlord put this property on a pay as you go meter which means that utilities are very expensive and a pain to claim back from the agent.
