4 rooms, one living room cut in two to get two rooms, leaving the two connected by a shared window on the balcony (this happens in several other flats in the same building, all managed by the same agent).
No fire extinguisher or blanket, therefore no toaster.
No fire labels anywhere. Minimum decor, not filthy but not new and ultra clean either.
