1 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat. It will look mint conditions when you first get in, but the property has a very bad moisture and mold problem, the hydraulic sistem is faulty, and you will need to unblock sinks and fix leaks on a weekly basis. The landlord will provide you with old second hand furniture that you can't change. You will get charged for the full amount of your deposit because of the moisture problems the property has.
