Having been a tenant for 4 1/2 years I strongly recommend you stay clear from any of their properties/tenancy agreements. They are not worth the paper they are printed on. Even their own sub-contractors haven’t got a good word to say about them. Their communication skills and professionalism does not exist just like their interest and ability to resolve any repair works. I had a leaking roof for 4 1/2 years which was only replaced having taken legal action against them which is still on going despite the fact I have now removed myself and my family from the property!!! Don’t be fooled like I was!
