The property had quite a few issues:
- a bathroom extractor fan that did not work
- a broken kitchen cupboard door (which broke within 24hours of moving in and never replaced)
- a window blind that couldn't close properly due to the string being cut too short
-an oven that frequently broke (we were left without an oven for almost 2 weeks)
- a toilet that leaked through the bathroom floorboards
-the handle on the main door of the property was fitted incorrectly which meant locking the door on the inside was impossible
- shoddy fixtures and fittings in the bathroom
