4 "bedrooms", though the downstairs one was probably not meant to be one and the really small one upstairs definitely wasn't and is only just barely legal to classify as one.
There was a very substantial, extremely bright living space, a decent kitchen and a serviceable bathroom. This is the best part of the house.
All the bedrooms had mould issues. The downstairs bedroom was especially bad for this. The bathroom had some discolouration in the ceiling and notable amounts of peeling plaster too indicating almost certain further mould hidden out of sight in the ceiling.
