Large basement flat, two bedrooms, on suit shower, living room, family bathroom, kitchen and garden.
There is structural damage to the back bedroom that is causing a leak in the ceiling and mould to grow on the back wall.
The front room is single glazed with no curtains and broken blinds. It is very hard to maintain any heat in the room.
The family bathroom has no windows and suffers black mould from lack of ventilation.
