The flat was in horrible condition. Everything was 10+ years old. She tried to make me pay for repairs, by blaming me for wear and tear (from years previous) or for damage I could not possibly have caused (such as blown plaster on the wall). Apparently she has made minor repairs since I left, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
