When we moved in the property was pitted in dirt and dust. The majority of the furniture was broken which for a furnished flat is unacceptable. The blinds were broken, we were missing a parking access key, the bed frame and mattress for the second bedroom were completely unusable. The extractor fan was installed incorrectly which had been pushing the damp air into the room rather than pulling it away which made a damp and mould problem so much worse.
