2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and garden. The kitchen was outdated and needed serious revamp and new units as barely enough storage for 1 person let alone a family. There was no carpets for years after having to take them up as they were damp and stunk and with a child with asthma it was a no go. Begged for new carpets to be done, never a response for it. Front and back door rotting away, sometimes door wouldn't lock. Back garden fences kept breaking, only 1 panel at a time would be done, no point with the next storm that followed. Boiler broke, had to fight for a new one rather than a dangerous temporary fix that no plumber would do for her. Neighbour with same said landlady was given notice after she pushed for works to be carried out so I backed down as couldn't lose the house until I was ready.
