4 bedrooms (these were of ok quality). Incredibly dated property overall. Poor quality bathroom, only one and right at the back of the kitchen. Tiny yard and poorly maintained (and poorly maintained alleyway behind).
The HMO license for this property stated as a discretionary condition that they needed to install a second bathroom in the property on the first or second floor, which (at the time of writing) was not done. This may well be ongoing after our tenancy but the deadline was 2020 so I don't hold out a huge amount of hope.
