The property is Overpriced for what you get, its an old ex council house that has been converted into a 4 bedroom flat, each room costs £1145 and it is very limited in size the washing machine and dishwasher both didn't work and when the fridge broke the maintenance took 3 months to come and fix it in the middle of summer.
