Large 5 bed property with lots of space. However when we moved in the boiler leaked continuously, the transport bolts weren’t taken off the washing machine and so it flooded the kitchen. We had multiple other issues with the house. The doors of the kitchen cabinet were unattached. The shower leaked through a light fixture in the ceiling. Half of the windows had no fixture and therefore could not be closed, including downstairs windows leaving us vulnerable to breaking and entering. There was a tremendous amount of mould over the winter. Despite using dehumidifiers, condensation left orange stains all over our walls.
