A lovely house! Was refurbished just after we moved in and now looks gorgeous. There's a green back garden, which is pretty rare for a student property, and MBA sent a gardener to mow the lawn etc :)
2 shower rooms with toilet too, and another toilet downstairs - very convenient.
Only slight issue was lack of soundproofing between our living room & next door's noisy kids.
