Recently decorated with homely decor rather than all just grey and white. Well insulated even though the windows are big so it's not freezing. All the bedrooms are decent sizes (no box rooms) and weve had no problems with damp or mould anywhere. The kitchen is big enough for everyone to cook at the same time, and the kitchen table is sturdy. The lounge has lovely natural light and the sofas are clean and comfortable. The garden is well maintained by the landlady. It's close to a lot of food places, the only downside is that it's on a busy crossroads so can be a bit noisy during peak traffic.
