The kitchen and bathroom have been installed very poorly when the property was converted into a flat from being a commercial building. The cabinets and kitchen sides are all wonky and the door to the bathroom doesn’t close properly. The carpets are all stained and the wallpaper in the front room is peeling off. There’s a great deal of mould in the bedroom and around the kitchen window. There’s a hole over the back door which lets water in. There are holes behind the kitchen cabinets which we believe is where the mice are coming in from.
