The property was damp, there were persistent leaks from the bathroom to kitchen below and they never ever sorted that out. It took us 2 years to get them to put an extractor fan in the bathroom which barely does anything. There was no kitchen door, no extractor fan in the kitchen, carpet that was worn right the way through on the stairs. It was an awful property.
