A decent house, pretty cute. Nice layout, good size for the amount of people, and in a much nicer area than the rest of Selly Oak. 2 bathrooms which is a plus. Can get a little cold, but all Selly houses are like that. Nicely laid out and furniture was better quality than most. I do miss it.

Just be aware you are far into Selly so have plans for getting home! The Selly Express is a good option.
