Small house but well-located near middle street tram stop, bus stop, and big Tesco in Beeston. Easy to get to uni.
Rooms are a decent size but only one bathroom. Kitchen very small — too small for four people really. One bathroom for four people is also not brilliant.
Condition is good enough. Furniture supplied is ok, but you can’t fit much at all in the chest of drawers and there’s no under-bed storage. I bought my own bedside table from IKEA and put it together myself.
Overall a pretty good student house and rent is reasonable.
