Front bedroom is small, slugs (from the meter box), mouldy curtains and thin walls so you can hear the living room, and when someone slams the door the wall shakes. Plus the screaming from the street and car lights. Back bedroom needs dehumidifier and has mould and slugs too, plus the sound from the kitchen, living room and NEIGHBOURS is bad. You need a portable heater in both rooms otherwise you'll freeze.
The kitchen is a good size with washer-dryer, the living room is a good size with a TV ideal for gatherings and the garden is nice. The shower room is big and the extra, small toilet room is convenient. This house is great if you live on the upper floor, either in the attic or bigger room, the single room on the upper floor is barely bigger than the front bedroom. Prices can be negotiated though. Convenient, if noisy, area.
