The apartment itself was decent on the surface — modern-looking, good location, fair layout. But none of that matters when you’re left without basic utilities for over a month in the middle of winter.
Living without heating or hot water in freezing temperatures was already bad enough. But what made it worse was dealing with Jade, the maintenance team, and the head office in Telford — who were consistently unresponsive, disorganised, and completely lacking urgency.
Endless excuses, no clear updates, and no real effort to fix the issue. The flat might look nice, but behind the scenes, it’s badly managed. Avoid Noble City Living unless you’re ready to fight for basic living conditions.
