The house is falling apart and it gets EXTREMELY cold during winters. We saw mice running around on a regular basis. The moths are a huge problem, it's a terrible infestation and no amount of spray or sticky traps can solve the situation. The house needs to be fumigated. Also, it's an illegal HMO. You will pay an extortionate price and the landlord will still try to make deductions from your deposit. (and he will even pocket your deposit money too, as we have, unfortunately, experienced). Stay away if you can ;)
