The physical state of the property is completely unacceptable and a major health hazard. On top of the severe, spreading mould inside and the broken, unsafe floorboards, there is a constant issue out front with flooding. The drains are completely blocked, or suffering from another severe structural defect, causing wastewater to pool right outside the entrance. The landlords completely refuse to tend to this issue, despite it smelling strongly of raw sewage. The contaminated water has now begun leaking directly into the house, causing the entire property to smell absolutely putrid and creating an entirely unlivable environment.
