Today I noticed that the previous Landlord has a really bad review for this property.
I can assure you that the property has been renovated since this time is in very good condition and is being marketed for
rent by Page & Co. who are excellent.
I own 73 Ulcombe Gardens and have rented it out since 2019.
It is still available for rent now for any latecomers
