The neighbourhood is fine, quite lively, very close to city centre and shops. Need a parking permit which is impossible to get now.

Lovely area near blean woods. Slightly difficult neighbours behind the house but after speaking things through they were ok.

Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Roughly a 7 minute walk to the Sainsbury’s Local, 15-20 minute walk to city center.

Lovely neighbour hood. Such a shame this guy is a creep. I would highly recommend this area but not this house in particular just because of the landlord but this is a nice and safe area it’s also kept tidy

The area itself was nice, close to a supermarket, bus stops etc.
We do think we were broken into early in the tenancy but the police were informed.

Bus stop right outside the house to uni and into town. Lots of on street parking although we did see a couple of smashed in windows throughout the year and it could be noisy at night due to it being a student area.

Nice, quiet family neighbourhood in Canterbury. Not a heavily student-y area like some other areas - mostly families and retired couples, but it was a decent compromise between being able to walk to uni and into town. Only downside is it is a bit of a walk to a nearby bus stop but other than that - can't complain. The neighbours next to us were slightly noisy as a young family you could often hear the children screaming and parents shouting through the adjoining wall.
