£275 agency fee for what? Took 10 days from us contacting them to anybody coming to sort out the mould issues. Absolutely ridiculous considering the mould was rising mould and not our fault. Very slow to reply in general and also tried blaming us for everything.

3 bedroom bungalow. One bedroom mouldy when we moved in, more developed in lounge, bathroom and wc as we approached winter. Even had mushrooms growing out from under the bath.

Bus stop right outside the house to uni and into town. Lots of on street parking although we did see a couple of smashed in windows throughout the year and it could be noisy at night due to it being a student area.
