When asked to fix the issues we were met with reluctance but eventually it was done, However was a botch job every time from a wooden stick pressing on the boiler to stop intense rattling and loud noises, as well as to keep the water running, to the botch job on the front door where they key hung from the inside post of the door so only way in through kitchen door.

Landlord became very rude towards the end of the tenancy and even told one of the tenants that a different tenant wouldn't get anywhere in life after complaining about the consistent issues. Puts on a laid back attitude but is really not a good landlord at all.

prefacing this with the fact that its an old property some issues are understandable but not all. Unbelievable amount of issues. Were blamed for a lot of the issues by Landlord calling us some what of a 'curse' on the state of the property. Exposed wiring, dirty underwear under the bed, shower cutting, shower leaking down to kitchen, mess under both couches, window in biggest room not adequate and letting in cold air. One front door not working at start leaving only kitchen door working, but if there was a fire in the kitchen we would have no way out the property, was eventually fixed but botch job.
