overpriced, mould problem in bathroom due to little ventilation, floorboards are flimsy and creaky, and house is not suitable for renting - 8 flat sharing ONE washing machine and the walls are paper thin.
I had to move out a few months early and they wouldn't even negotiate rent, thankfully the new law is in place now where you don't have to pay SIX MONTHS RENT at a time.
