2 upstairs medium bedrooms, 1 tiny box room, 1 gross bathroom and downstairs lounge converted to bedroom. Conservatory that was freezing cold all the time even with heating. The garden had a deck with a 4 foot deep gaping hole which was promised it would be fixed at the beginning of our tenancy - was it? Was it hell. The kitchen had cheap lino that stuck up at the corners and the whole floor was on an angle with badly fitted cupboards. Exposed wiring could be seen. The floorboards in the hallway didn’t fit and they tried to put a sheet of lino on top to hide it. The oven door was broken and they charged us at the end for this. The walls were a gross off yellow white and the curtains were blinds. The upstairs bedroom didn’t have any curtains. There was no modern satellite tv port only a old fashioned dial up connection. Since the lounge had been converted to a bedroom, having one bathroom between 4 was an absolute laugh. The house always smelled musty no matter how many candles we lit. Oh, we also had a woodlouse infestation due to the poorly fitted floorboards.
