Everything in this house needs updating. The sofas are beyond old with random patches of different fabrics covering holes, the bottom has fallen out too. The tabke has broken completely along with some of chairs. The kitchen is very small but with quite a lot of storage. The bathroom is very nice, with a bath and well working shower. The back bedroom on the top floor is often filled with the smell of gas due to the boiler (located in the adjacent bathroom) out put being right outside the window. The front bedroom on the ground floor has a hole in the floor covered by carpet.
