Be prepare to freeze to death as there are no double glazed windows and very bad gas heating. The house is extremely old and low energy efficient, be prepare to fork out more than 15 pounds a week per person for utilities. The place was not cleaned when we moved in. Furniture are falling apart. There is no couch at the living room.
