All good size rooms however all bad quality, a crazy amount of mould and damp in all of our wardrobes even with heating and ventilation. Conservatory allowed slugs through the poorly build windows and damp and mould in kitchen cupboards did not keep our food fresh, food went off very quickly including non perishable food such as tea bags and spices (mould).

The property is a decent size with decently medium-large sized bedrooms that are in good condition. Lacking a lounge but benefits from a conservatory and communal kitchen area. Issues occurred with the shower leaking causing damage to the kitchen ceiling and damp to spread, and due to landlady claiming it was tenant's fault was left un-repaired for a prolonged amount of time. 11 months later, repairs are still having to take place due to landlady negligence and ignorance.
