The landlady is confrontational, manipulative, intimidating and does not listen to tenants. She takes advantage of students and claims to knows best. She breaks the contract as she gives keys to workmen without informing the tenants, who then proceed to let themselves into the house at various times of the week, without the landlady seeking permission at least 24 hours before. Does not claim responsibility for issues and continuously blames tenants. A nasty piece of work. Do not recommend.

The property is a decent size with decently medium-large sized bedrooms that are in good condition. Lacking a lounge but benefits from a conservatory and communal kitchen area. Issues occurred with the shower leaking causing damage to the kitchen ceiling and damp to spread, and due to landlady claiming it was tenant's fault was left un-repaired for a prolonged amount of time. 11 months later, repairs are still having to take place due to landlady negligence and ignorance.

Comfortable, nice area. Busy road but beneficial in that bus stop is located right outside the front door. High up the hill but good transport options connecting to city and universities. Many corner shops, pubs and cafes located in the area, including a large park and local swimming pool.
