Landlord rating
Very Hands On always advised us when she wanted to visit and was excellent at repairing/replaceing anything that went wrong.
We shut ourselves out on one occasion and she was round within the hour to let us in.
Always smiling and chatty .
A new shower had been put in before we moved in and the workman had done a very bad job and water was leaking from under the glass and the Landlord persued the workman until the work had been done to our satisfaction.
There was an old washing machine in the house which stopped working and someone came round to repair it within the day and because the Landlord did not want us to be stuck with a w/m that might break down again she bought a new one Hoover washer dryer which is wonderful.
The house was so clean when we moved in
