Property is well located and a reasonable size but in a below average condition and only going to deteriorate given lack of maintenance by landlord. Both balconies are filthy. Door handles are falling off. Almost all windows are single-glazed and poorly fitted. This makes the flat freezing cold in winter and traffic noise is very loud year round. Tiny kitchen in the corner of the reception room is poorly designed (replacing the washing machine led to two cabinets being permanently removed) and there is very limited counter space. Carpets in both bedrooms are threadbare. Shower head holder is broken, and the toilet runs constantly. Both problems the landlord has left un-repaired for over a year despite it being reported to him repeatedly.
