The property was in a generally good condition, although there were some minor issues such as old, worn out wallpaper and some furnishings (such as the second fridge and upstairs shower) that did not work properly. Whilst the house seemed good enough on the surface, closer and more thorough inspection revealed it was not well maintained. The kitchen and the lounge were the two nicest rooms.

Also, despite the advert saying the rooms had plenty of storage space, this was most certainly not the case.
