Mould everywhere. Completely blamed on us when it had nothing to do with us. Cold and damp bathroom no matter how long you had the heating on for. Black mould in the kitchen causing all our food to go mouldy too. Rats in the yard. Very expensive bills as the house didn't contain any heat.
