We first arrived, they said the landlord refused to clean the flat. So we had to clean everything before we could move in. There was a large amount of mould in the fridge freezer.
Since then when things have gone wrong or broke, it has taken them a stupidly long time to sort them out. I have not had a door handle on my bedroom door for as long as I can remember. The flat did not have central heating which we were not told of. We had to go through all of winter without central heating because it took them so long to install it.
I would not recommend them.
