STAY AWAY IT ISN'T WORTH IT!
The property is a large 3 bedroom house with a great kitchen andiving area. It was clearly a great place when it was built around 15 years ago.
Since then, the landlord has done little to no repairs. The upstairs bathroom sprung a leak and it took months of inaction from the landlord before we finally got it fixed ourselves and deducted the cost from rent. This was the rule, not the exception.
