The property was fine, but a bit dirty in places. Hobs don't work, fire alarms don't work, extractor fan also doesn't work. Property has not been sufficiently cared for. Upon moving in, was also filled with the landlord's possessions - I had to remove and store personally at a cost of £1,300+ (its a 1 bed flat - her stuff filled the living room).
