Run down but liveable. Exposed pipes and broken plug sockets. Delapitated garden but was cheap to rent.

2 bed, 1 large lounge, shared bathroom, kitchen and shared bathroom. The place was dilapidated. Holes in walls, peeling wallpaper, chips in skirting boards. The carpet was thread bare. Bathroom window didn't shut. Single glazing elsewhere.
