Run down but liveable. Exposed pipes and broken plug sockets. Delapitated garden but was cheap to rent.

2 bed, 1 large lounge, shared bathroom, kitchen and shared bathroom. The place was dilapidated. Holes in walls, peeling wallpaper, chips in skirting boards. The carpet was thread bare. Bathroom window didn't shut…
