Rude and withheld my deposit whilst claiming the flat wasn't cleaned when it was professionally cleaned and returned in the state it was rented in. I issued a Statutory Demand against her company and got some of my deposit back eventually. Luckily there is the TDS now that enforces this can't happen and failure to register is an instant 2500 fine that goes to the tenant.

Nice apartment in Egham High Street. However full of noisy, wealthy foreign students regularly annoying the locals through revving cars for example I would suggest do not rent if you are a professional.
