would not fix anything that was broken or not working unless we asked him at least 3 times and were often told that it did not matter because we were just students, his dad let himself into the house and bathrooms multiple times without knocking, not respecting our privacy and despite the house being disgusting when we moved in tried to take our deposit away because we hadn’t hired a professional cleaner at the end of tenancy even though our contract stated that was in fact his responsibility, not the tenants’.

nice area, close to supermarkets and train station with easy access to central london but not much entertainment in the area
