Landlord rating
Live-in, very controlling and inconsiderate. Would often use communal spaces without letting the household know, but expected the household to alert them if they ever wanted to use the spaces they were paying for. Moved their mother in for ~2 months during tenancy, leaving downstairs nearly totally inaccessible.

3 double bedrooms, one shared bathroom, one shared kitchen (w/ washer/drier, dishwasher - though this is difficult to use as the landlords often only empty it when they need it, then immediately fill it), one shared living room. The landlords also have their own bedroom. Bedroom doors slam loudly, and the bathroom light is not good enough and provides poor visibility when it is dark. Stairs are narrow and easy to fall down.

Close to the university and Happy Man Pub. A good location for anyone at RHUL, as it's ~5 minutes to campus. Parking on the road is often impossible. Neighbours are very loud and often throw parties or can be heard yelling in their house, through the walls.
