The Agent Al Blackmore of Tailoured rentals 4u ignored me for 6 months then reported me for harassment. The Alleged crime! Asking for his redress scheme so i could lodge a official complaint. As a licence condition of Rent Smart Wales the landlord should provide the information by law. This in turn took away my normal route of complaint.
Untill involvement from shelter Cymru i was harassed by the agent every day, he would come to to the property sometimes twice a day! He would ask if he could use the water to wash company vehicles and eletric for his shed. To make matters worse i am registered disabled with Autisum.
The Agent issued me with a section 21 and a section 8 to evict me on Dec 8th 2018.
The section 8 was made up of total lies, accusations of committing arestable offences, running an illegal buisness and falling out with the neighbours. None of which is true.
The section 21 was deemed by shelter Cymru illegal as the landlord had been registering the property on and off the Rent Smart Wales register which is a breach of the licence conditions.
I left the property in May 2019 of my own accord and was not permitted to attend the final inspection at the Key handover.
The agent waited till 2021 to issuse court proceedings!!! Nothing was broken or damaged when i left and i have proof.
The agent is still unlawfully holding some of my personal belongings and is still trying to make a claim on my £550 bond.
It has been brought to my attention that i am not the first person to be treated appallingly by the owner of this agency.

Al Blackmore of tailoured rentals 4u Ltd took me and my mother to the County Court.
The court threw the case out costing us 10k in legal fees for defending the false alligations made against me.
I'm not the first person to suffer this fate.
I never even missed or was late with a rent payment and I was treated as a sub human.

The Property itself was of general good condition. It was let down by an internal fault.
From the day I moved in, up to the time i left the cavity wall around the electric switch box was open. This made the property extremely hard to heat in the winter months.

Al Blackmore of Tailoured rentals 4u Ltd took me and my mother to the county court as she was Guarantor.
The court ruled that.
1 the claim be dismissed.
2.The Claimant pay the defendants fixed costs, forthwith.
3.The first defendants bond of £550, which has been lodged with the Deposit Protection scheme. Be released and paid back to the first defendant by the said scheme forthwith.
It cost almost ten thousand pounds to defend against the false claims made by the agent/owner of Tailoured group 4u Ltd which was unrecoverable.
A very stressful 5 years for me as tenant and my mother as Gauertor.
