Landlord rating
Landlord was entirely unresponsive to complaints and has clearly neglected the property for many years. He also vindictively witheld our deposit with no good reason. (Deposit was eventually returned in full through TDS).

3 bed house with one bathroom. Leaks and damp in all bedrooms due to years of neglect to roof. Failed grouting in bathroom causing damp and leak to lounge. Very old kitchen in poor state of repair. Many windows single glazed, with mildew. Some windows painted shut, others would not close properly at all causing drafts and damp. Generally very poorly maintained house.
