Landlord rating
Matt is an excellent, friendly guy who will immediately respond to concerns. His positive, cheerful attitude makes him very approachable. He understandably expects tenants to treat the property with the same care that has been invested into it, and not to treat it like a student party house.

Attractive tree-lined area of the city and an easy 10-minute walk into town to shops/bus/train. There is not much in the way of shops immediately nearby but they are only 10 minutes away, and parks are only a 5 min walk away.
